For now I'll just list a few of the more basic laws just to get you guys ready for war... heh.
The Idiots Guide to Killzone Liberation Online
Surreal's war tip no. 1: Everybody is out to kill you!
The logic behind this is simple. If you see another player; you kill them. Of course there are exceptions in team based scenarios, but the majority of the time it's a case of shoot all things that move. Furthermore it's common sense that some weapons like the shotgun have an advantage when used up close and as does the sniper rifle when used at a distance. Try and pick a wepaon that best suits the situation you are in as using a shotgun at a distance will not help you win a battle.
Surreal's war tip no. 2: Flight is often the better option
When you're on your last breath it's often best to retreat and fight another day. If another day doesn't suit you then pop over to the nearest armoury and hope that there's a spare health kit lying in there or find smaller packs that are littered long the map. Conversely so, ailing allies need help as well so if you've ever got a spare syringe in your inventory then make sure to use it on them ASAP. Based on the this principle, moving targets are also harder to hit so if you're ever in a gun fight strafing like a maniac will improve your chances of winning.
Surreal's war tip no. 3: Watch your ammo clip
Bear in mind that the weapon you are using will eventually run out of ammo if you blindly start shoot in a fury. Conserve your ammo, and more importantly, re-load accordingly to lower your chances of being shot to pieces in the middle of a gun fight. Obviously this also applies to your enemy as well so try and exploit this to your own advantage. Secondly, if you've wasted your final clip of ammo then pick some up from the ground or swap your weapon in an armoury. If you're unfortunate enough to be in the middle of battle when this happens pressing the X button next to your foe will perform a melee attack, but really; you should be getting out of there fast.
Surreal's war tip no. 4: Cover is your best friend
You learned this in the main game, but the concept of cover really pays of when playing against other people. Whenever you're in a straight gun fight or facing a particularly difficult foe, using cover almost always saves you losing a lot of life points. Don't get too comfortable because some weapons like the grenade can hit you when you least expect it and a person above you can still shoot you if they have with a highly accurate weapon at hand. Cover especially helps when you're faced off against someone using a rocket launcher so using it in particular situations can help you survive.
I'll probably slap myself for helping you guys, but I guess this will give the less experienced newbies a better chance at surviving online.

Pretty basic stuff, but oh so valuable when your starting off...I wasnt able to play in any of the betas, and I've only gone up against 3 people, so in 8v8 or 3v3, is health being used much more? Because my friends would always flee to a Supply Depot that had about 20 health packs in it in a 15 minute match...

But there might have been a couple of tweaks made to the games arsenal, and maybe even some changes to the supply box content from the stuff that we saw durring the beta, so it is probably a good thing that you didn't go to much into detail on it...
One thing I will add to the guide however is the use of grenades (frag/smoke) and remote mines, both can really change the way a firefight turns out drastically.
Grenades are great for use in group combat, if you see two people straffing each oher and generally engaded in their own fight a well placed grenade can net you two kills without much trouble.
They are also a great way to start of a firefight, by lobbing a grenade in the general area of your opponent, before starting to fire at them.
Remote Mines on the other hand are excellent for setting up traps and sealing off routes around the map, they can efficientley be used by player during Assault and Flag games to create a solid defence.
Although there where a lot of talk during the beta about tweaking them in different ways for the final release.
