Online Patch..please help!

It's not working..I extracted the files and all, and I placed the folder on the PSP in the GAME folder and now what? I went to 'Downloads' in the game and exited the browser but nothing showed up to tell me to install the patch..please help

Did you create the UCES00279 folder and place the EBOOT.PBP file into it as per the instructions for European versions posted by lolo486 on this post ?
