So i beat the game like a boss and then started playing online.

there was this one 1v1 i had we both had shotguns, but for some reason he NEVER had to reload. EVER!

now me on the other hand, pauseing to reload after 2 shots, and it takes FOREVER to reload.

this guy just kept shooting..

now my questiong is, how do i do this?

First off you need to go grab some CFW and a cheat device such as TempAR then get those on your PSP then search for an unkown value 32 bit(or exact search and search your ammo amount  under Dec) go out shoot continue search(I'd recomend doing the exact search personally anyways when using the exact search change the amount to match the current value after shooting even if you do it while reloading set it to unless the hud says otherwise ) then go through each search result change the hex to 07FFFFFF and test it out(beware however that some times when making this sort of code that you might do just the opposite and make an infinte delete said item/ammo ).
