Yes it is definately worth getting for a few reasons including the price, great value for money when you compare to other games DLC.
Some of the maps are very good (KZ2 retro ones are probably the best out of all KZ3 maps), but the most important reason for buying them is you will have a much better chance of entering full rooms.
At the moment you are limited to rooms where the host also does not have the DLC, once you purchase the DLC you can then be put into rooms where the host either does or does not have the DLC.
When you consider that the majority of people still playing KZ3 have the DLC you will realise that you open up a much larger number of possible opponents.
