How to retrieve missing Steel Rain MP maps

I still can't access my blood gratch and mobile factory maps , its been many months and every couple of months it may work once, Ive tried loading it as a selected map, and it just times out, says it is downloaded and installed but they just wont work, some have suggested that noone is playing the maps , but I find it hard to beleive that in all this time these 2 maps were not played more than once or twice, as they are popular maps..........PLEASE tell me what i CAN DO TO FIX THIS,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its very frustrating knowing I have paid for these maps and can't play them.

ive also lost mine...bought them on release now they are gone

would like to have them to platnium on this before i buy BF3 so any help is appreciated

Hello I got the dlc steel rain from the welcome back PS+ 

I was so pleased that I bought the whole DLC un the bundle for $9.99 at the PSstore

then my trial period of PS+ ends and my DLC steel rain is gone

the game tells me that I've got installed the 2 DLCs Retro and From the Ashes but the steel rain is not even purchased, yet the game says the bundle is purchased, what's wrong with this

I hope to get an answer soon because I already paid for This and I can't play it

at the ps store download history I can only see Ashes and Retro but steel rain is gone, I'm sure you can see what I've purchased and what not if the game says I already purchased the bundle then you may see this too

this is absolutely a shame to costumer service, it is supossed this thread is for the recovery of something already bought and I have no answer, I BOUGHT MY STEEL RAIN MAPS and I WANT THEM BACK, it's mistake from the company they must answer me for this

watch my account and verify it is true I bought them and I can't even download them again

ps+ is a renting service if you buy anything when your on ps+ it will work but when your time is over and you dont pay... you will not beable to use/play the stuff you have bought.... that is how it work... so now you know why you cant use the dlc you have bought for kz3.
