How to retrieve missing Steel Rain MP maps

I am also having the same issue. I purchased the triple map pack while my 30 Playstation Plus bonus was active, and now Steel Rain maps are gone.  They do not show up as downloadable.  "Download Content" is telling me they need to be purchased again.

Can you please send me the fix for this?
