Clan Swap question

ok i made a clan on another account and plan to delete that account....so is it possible to pass the clan leadership from that account to my current account somehow? like make me the clan leader now?

There is a way, not sure how to do it because i've never been a clan leader. But i know of Clan leaders passing leadership on to other members so it is possible. 

Can anyone help him out?

with the old accoun invite the new to the clan, accept the invite on new account and then, in clan menu (i dont know how it is in Your language version, place where You start clan matches) select the new account (the option second to the last, menage members or something) and when You pres X there will be an option pass leadership
