Re: YOUR Honest Opinions. KZ2 and KZ3.

Killzone 2 one of the best made and complete games on the PS3.

Killzone 3 was rubbish (except for the Operations mode).

Re: YOUR Honest Opinions. KZ2 and KZ3.

Killzone 3 likes:

you can't destroy the turrets at the home spawn point.

limit one turret for the engineer.

operations mode <<< really really like this mode

killzone 2 likes:

pistols with unlimited ammo

spawn grenades

maps are great

blood packs..... really have to pay attention to your team and be ready with blood packs. i run around and drop packs next to team mates all the time.

i like the customisable games.

killzone 2&3 dislikes:

i hate turrets, medic-bots and sentry drones.

offline botzone not customisable like the online version.

all maps not available offline. example: turbine concourse and the junkyard

tactical spawn points.

Killzone 2 it will be much faster to list the bad.

SAB's disguise was freaking weak.

boosters in the clan system.

I wish there were more abilities

I reallly cant think of to much bad stuff.

KZ3 good stuff.

infiltrater class is so awesome.

brutal melees are sweet.

Other then that kz3 is weak.

Re: YOUR Honest Opinions. KZ2 and KZ3.

Rather than going into huge detail, I can say I enjoyed KZ2 more than KZ3 and thought the core aspects of KZ2 were great.  I appreciate what GG was doing by altering the game to accommodate TSPs, squads and stopping boosting, but I think that GG should have allowed the KZ2 game modes to be included in KZ3 such as bodycount with SG, WZ on all maps + greenzones + SG + spawn on capture points.  The faction switching seems to disturb the flow of the game for me, although its nice to have the variety, I kind of miss the trance-like state that KZ2 would induce in bodycount and "becomming one with the game."  The WZ rules were better in KZ2 IMO.  I had to think less in KZ2, KZ3 you have to think all the time and be so much more careful, KZ2 you could run and gun and not care so much, I think there was a bit more freedom with that game to get immersed with whats going on in the game with what you see, KZ3 is a thinking mans game where you rely a bit too much on others to complete the objectives.  I really enjoyed the unlock system in KZ2, performance based ability unlocks.  As I don't like to cheat, I never wanted to boost my abilites, I wanted to earn them, lets face it, anyone that boosted their abilities robbed themselves of the excitement of completing the challenge GG laid before them.

i'd like to see an option to x out of a bleed out.  so instead of laying there waiting the 5 seconds before you can respawn you can just respawn.
