i think KZ: liberation had attack dogs. never played it but i've seen pics of helghast dogs with the red goggles. i'd run SO fast if i saw one of those lol

you read my feedback a while back I think :smileywink:. I hope GG already got it that a lot of people want the gameplay of KZ2 back. All we can do now is hope and prey they really listen to their fans. The only thing that I can say for sure is, KZ4 won't be a day one pickup for me. I definitely want a hands-on before I ever get any game of this franchise again ... and if it's another KZ3, I would say another great developer is dead.

 

But let's hope it doesn't come to that :smileyhappy:

yeah i remember your post. we're defintiely on the same page about what KZ4 being like KZ2. i would definitely be iffy about pre-ordering KZ4 myself. UNLESS i heard GG say something about "going back to their roots" or something along those lines. i'm just dying to hear GG's feedback on fan reaction to KZ3 and what they plan to do about it. they've just been SILENT since KZ3's release. WTF.

i do agree with the dogs. i was hoping killzone 2 would have dogs, but GG crushed my hopes :smileysad:

-Rebalance the M66 or replace it with a balanced burst fire pistol.

-Take out brutal melees and decrease weapon damage to KZ2 levels

 

Things they need to bring back from KZ3:

 

Sentry hacking

Sentries with rockets

Useful home base sentries

Move

Operations

Other wise, here are the classes themselves. The one thing to note, is that the two new classes at the end would be "power classes" similar to power weapons in a game like Uncharted. If KZ4 is 16v16 (hopefully) teams would be limited to having 2 of each of those classes active at any one time.


Not sure about the UAV sweep or the Mortar ability for the support classes. VC9 needs to be taken and a lock-on only M80 needs to be made a secondary or something. They aren't going to balance the rocket launcher well unless they make like a 3 barrel version that 2 rockets to kill or something. Very good revision otherwise.
