Interesting, give me a good reason what you do different than other clan does, the way other play GW/WZ matches? The only difference i can see is you registed a forum, an additional registration page , divided into geo battalions , etc etc, non-gaming stuff.
How do you prove that your squad leader is better than your squad member? do you take him as member(trooper level) just because he is new to your forum?

Hey indian_oz_beast...I think I can see what you are hinting at. Obviously our Community exists not only to provide organized play in-game, but as a web-based organization designed to promote comradery and esprite de corps amongst nearly 200 gamers, across several shooter titles. Now the Killzone 3 Regiment is a very close group that loves to play together.
Leadership however is not purely skill based. Obviously you want the leader to have adequate skill and a firm grasp of the game but that in itself does not determine leadership. The individual also needs to be willing to dedicate extra time to plan practices and such, be a good communicator, be organized and of course be able to give clear and consice direction in midst of a heated battle. The individual obviously must show a desire for the extra responsibility leadership brings
As the interm Squad Leader for one of our Squads I will admit there are players in my Squad and within the Regiment that are better than me in terms of stats or in-game rank or length of time played. But as a team based organization we tend to focus less on the individual and more on the combined efforts of each player working together for the common goal...victory ![]()
It is a colaberative effort to be sure and any good leader is going to solicite input from every member of the team. I see you are a leader of your own clan at present. I assume you have taken an interest in us because of a lack of commitment from some of your players. If that is the case, then I can understand how frustrating that can be. If a continued opportunity to provide leadership to others is what you seek then I assure you there is plenty of opportunity within Shadow Company for leadership to dedicated and loyal members who can prove themselves, regardless of their tenure within the organization.
I am glad you are giving us a shot and I hope you enjoy your SC experience.

i am 18 years old and have a mic, but i due to my work schedule i am not able to get on much if at all on the weekends, i was wondering if that would be an issue that would keep me from joining the clan or effectively being a part of it.

El_Nino most of us are either working or in school. We have a US and UK based battalions that meet at 20:00 EST and 20:00 GMT respectively on Sun, Tue and Wed. Maybe one of these will fit your schedule.
We not only meet to play but to go over drills on maps so of course you will miss out but you can easily be brought up to speed
Hope to see you
