US latency issues on 9/9

Hi all,

There's a blackout in Southwestern parts of the US, which is affecting Regional DME's. We are assured normal service will resume ASAP, but in the meantime some players may experience increased latency issues. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Haven't heard anyone rage about it on the forums, so I guess it wasn't a big or noticable issue.
