I would think so mate. I am logged in on EU region & for the most part the Patch has helped alot.
Having said that for the first time since the patch, last night in fact, i had a severe session of Lag.
Was kinda weird...
Logged in & joined GW for a warm up & it loaded into Kaznan Jungle. game ran fine for about 5 minutes in which i had racked up an awesome score. Suddenly everyone but me froze. Then after about 30 seconds the game crashed & i was logged out. Tried logging in again & the same thing happened again about 3 times. Then i thought i'd complete the campaign played about 3 minutes & BOOM! PS3 crashed.
left it ten while i pondered the universe over a smoke. Switched & logged in & then everything seemed back in order...

I like your attitude, man. I will keep the faith and frankly, although I also experienced LAG, disconnection, etc, I don't care much because not that often. But, The scores cannot be processed really bothered me. I have been Major III for two weeks. Tonight I will check when I am home.
By the way, after we chose area when we palyed the first time, there is no chance to change it, right? Like can I change to Europe? Will that make a defference?

So your stats aren't even saving online within the game?
If you wanted to select a different region, you would need to delete your saved game data, then you would need to reload the game, setup as you did before & choose a different region & d/l the current patch.
i don't know that it will help with saving your scores & it may have a negative effect on lagg, BUT its worth a try.
