Problems with unlock codes, HOME, Retro Pack and pre-order bonuses

Went on tonight for some MP action and I was happy to finally see that my 24 hour pass issues has been fixed and I was able to use my unlock points.

i pre-ordered thur home and amozon. the code i got never worked. i love killzone and i wanted tha avatar. its sucks when i see all the people with them. i wish i could still get mine, but like that would happen. great games guys, keep it up!!!

So I did the Home Plaza Defender thing and got my code, but it didn't work.

What we gotta do to rectify this?
